  W hen embarking upon a new endeavor in a field ripe with choices , creativity is the most important  aspect of the process, as it is what distinguishes us fro m each other.    As mentioned in the Ted Talk by Duncan Wardle  “The Theory of Creativity”, in a world that is becoming more and more automated, creativity will be the only factor that will  still keep  us one step in front of mac hines, what makes a person so unique and special , and when in front of so many choices in a field to choose, being creative will help you find your own way around it.   Coming into the classroom with the knowledge of having to do  a quarter-long project, and not knowing many  o f the classmates on a personal level, I already had a pretty good idea on how to approach it.  Doing the magazine individually, despite staying open minded during the “choosing” activities,  seemed like the preferable course of action , and with more  erudition  adding up to this and hearing complaints from the teacher about  others not doing their work,  I was convinced I was correct .     The article “ Team building and group dynamics: creating and fostering a culture of teamwork requires trust,   collaboration, and accountability. ”  mentions that with trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results as the foundation, Kleindl and Leamon quickly developed the Organizational Capital Program.     After spending about an entire week trying to work with both inDesign and Premier Pro, I can say sincerely that my first impressions were not great, especially with the second one mentioned ( premier pro ).   Premier Pro, despite its great features and relative simplicity, was not the right software to use in my opinion; the school restrictions that made it almost impossible to transfer the two minute video, and when trying to get things done in a short period of time can be really frustrating and upsetting. The “solution” of downloading it on a device at home and uploading outside school hours, while being effective for most of us, did not take into consideration those who do not have the needs necessary to do so, which was unfair. Once the complications were gotten a hold of, it was fun to play around with it and create all sorts of fun effects.
